Our Rentals

All of our rentals are spacious and accommodating. We offer single family homes, duplex units, and townhomes that range from three to four bedrooms with one and a half or two bathrooms. Most rentals feature a front porch and include high-efficiency appliances.

Steps to Becoming a Renter

  1. Complete and return the Rental Application to get started.
  2. Upon receipt of your Rental Application, our affordable rental program director will contact you to set up a meeting.
  3. Review our Tenant Selection Guide and Occupancy Standards document with a staff member at The Partnership.
  4. At your meeting, you will be required to provide income verifying material in order to complete all necessary paperwork. A non-refundable processing fee of $20.90 will be required by all applicants for credit and background checks.
  5. Upon completion of your paperwork, you will be placed on our rental home waitlist.
  6. As soon as a home becomes available, you will be notified.

Tenant Qualifications

In order to qualify for affordable housing with the Partnership, you must meet the following income requirements as defined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on April 13, 2016.

​HUD establishes and publishes income limits annually based on family size for each county in the United States based on the media income of the geographic area.
FAMILY SIZE/MAXIMUM YEARLY HOUSEHOLD INCOME

Your income cannot exceed the following:
  • 1 person/$32,150 per year
  • 2 people/$36,750 per year
  • 3 people/$41,350 per year
  • 4 people/$45,900 per year
  • 5 people/$49,600 per year
  • 6 people/$53,250 per year
  • 7 people/$56,950 per year
  • ​8 people/$60,600 per year
OCCUPANCY STANDARDS
  • 0 Bedroom Unit - Minimum of 1 occupant, maximum of 1 occupant
  • 1 Bedroom Unit - Minimum of 1 occupant, maximum of 2 occupants
  • 2 Bedroom Unit - Minimum of 2 occupants, maximum of 4 occupants
  • 3 Bedroom Unit - Minimum of 3 occupants, maximum of 6 occupants
  • 4 Bedroom Unit - Minimum of 4 occupants, maximum of 8 occupants
A qualifying individual or family should also:
  • Review and agree with the eligibility requirements during your meeting with Partnership staff
  • Meet occupancy standards
  • Have reasonable credit, rental history and criminal background
